What a delicious meal we had at this restaurant! It was so easy to walk in on a weekday evening and we were greeted with quick service and friendly smiles. The fusion vada pav was a standout - a samosa sandwich with flavorful chutneys that was big enough to be a meal on its own! My Dangal paneer was perfectly spiced and came with rocket naan, which was a unique and tasty twist. My partner's butter chicken was a bit sweeter than expected, but still very enjoyable with generous portion sizes. The only downside was the smoke in the restaurant, which left me coughing a bit - 4.5 stars rounded up due to this. We're considering trying takeout next time to avoid the smoke, but overall it was a great dining experience!

Hey there fellow foodie! Let me tell you about my recent visit to Fusion India post-renovation. Let me just say, if you're a fan of spicy food, this place is a must-try! The moment we stepped into the restaurant, I was blown away by the Bollywood-themed decor. The vibrant colors and fun atmosphere really set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the food presentation. From the mango lassi served in adorable cups to the pani puri shots displayed in a unique car setup, everything was just perfect. Now let's talk about the food. The butter chicken curry and garlic naan were absolutely delicious - a classic combo that never fails to disappoint. We also tried another curry (I can't remember the name) that was packed with chicken and had just the right amount of spiciness. The chicken biryani rice was flavorful and moist, with generous portions that left us feeling satisfied. Even though we opted for 0 star spiciness, each dish still had a nice kick to it. And to top it all off, we indulged in a scrumptious tres leches cake that was beautifully presented for my friend's birthday celebration. Overall, our experience at Fusion India was nothing short of amazing. The service was top-notch, and if you're a fan of Indian cuisine and Bollywood, you definitely need to give this place a try. Happy eating!

Welcome to this hidden gem in Bothell! I recently had the pleasure of sampling the diverse cuisine at this relatively new restaurant, with a focus on Indo-Chinese dishes. Let me tell you, the appetizers here are a real treat – I couldn't get enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy ambience and top-notch service. And when the food arrived, I was blown away by the flavors and presentations. The Burning Train dish, a spicy Indian-style chicken lolipop served flaming, was a real showstopper. And don't even get me started on the desserts – they were absolutely divine. I also had the chance to try the Sizzler, which was an explosion of delicious flavors. And to wash it all down, I sipped on the refreshing Paan cocktail and Banta Soda – the perfect combo. However, not every dish hit the mark for me. The Amritsari Fried Fish lacked flavor and the portion was a bit small for my liking. The guava-based cocktail didn't quite live up to my expectations either. Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian restaurant to anyone looking for a new dining experience. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food, make it a must-visit spot in Bothell. I can't wait to come back for more!
